How to get Openserve try before you buy?

Step 1

We will load the TBYB order with Openserve, and call you for the One Time Pin

(This will be sent to you via SMS)

Step 3

Openserve will send you an email confirming the TBYB order number.

Step 4

Openserve will contact you to arrange for the fibre cable to be installed into your home. Openserve will also install an ONT (Optical Network Terminal) device.

Step 5

You will connect to the ONT device for internet access during the 30 day Try Before You Buy trial period. The speed of the TBYB service is 50/25Mbps with uncapped data. The service will stop working after 30 days.

If you want to continue using the fibre service after the 30 day TBYB trial period, you will need to contact us so we can assist you to sign-up for a fibre internet service.
